A Bit About Me

I have always had a passion for helping others and for improving the lives of healers and healthcare leaders as we all strive to improve the quality outcomes for our patients and communities. These led me to choose a career in the healthcare industry as a clinical nurse, nursing supervisor, nurse executive, healthcare consultant, mentor, coach, leadership educator, and author. My goal is to help you break the code to healthcare excellence.
